Each member is only permitted to register and maintain one active account only at maxwin. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.

• Notifying maxwin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• All activities carried out through your account, regardless of whether you personally performed them.

Maxwin shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
